Its founders offer a wealth of experience and expertise in a variety of fields, including marketing, sales and information technology.

Executive Team

Russell King, CEO and Co-Founder

As CEO of Contact Tracking, Russ is responsible for directing corporate strategy, business development and finance.

Prior to co-founding Contact Tracking, Russ was the Director of Marketing, Southeast Region for Compaq Computer Corporation where he led a marketing team responsible for the creation and execution of large closed-loop demand generation programs. Prior to Compaq Computer Corporation, Russ held financial management and sales positions at Dun and Bradstreet and Digital Equipment Corporation. Russ holds a BA in Finance from Stetson University.

Richard Dyer, CTO and Co-Founder

In his role as CTO, Dick drives Contact Tracking's technology strategy, oversees product development and leads the application development team.

Before co-founding Contact Tracking, Dick held a variety of IT management positions at Fortune 500 companies including Ford Motor Credit Company, Xerox Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and the accounting and consulting firm of Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) where he was the Assistant IT Director of the Home Office. Dick earned BS and MA degrees from the University of Michigan.

Susannah Thomsen, Director of Communications

As Director of Communications, Susannah leads corporate communications and public relations activities for Contact Tracking.

Susannah joined Contact Tracking in 2000. With over a dozen years in the communications field, she previously held positions as a high tech PR consultant for GPC International and as an analyst for a Washington, DC think tank. Susannah holds a BA from McGill University.

Sam Momani, Director of Sales

With nearly 10 years in technology sales and marketing roles, Sam leads the company's sales force in its mission to provide powerful and innovative CRM and SFA solutions to the global marketplace.

Before joining Contact Tracking in 2001, Sam held business development positions with Carik Services, CYMA Inc. and Toronto Dominion Bank. Sam received his BA from the University of Toronto.

Fionnuala Downhill, Managing Director of Marketing and Client Relations

As Director of Marketing and Client Relations for Contact Tracking, Fionn is responsible for planning and executing the company's integrated marketing initiatives. This includes developing, implementing and managing product marketing strategies and plans. These efforts are targeted towards product promotion, brand development, and sales development.

Fionn also manages the client relations function and associated staff, providing leadership in managing and assessing relationships with all company customers.

Prior to joining Contact Tracking, Fionn provided independent business consultancy and worked with large corporations such as British Airways and Price Waterhouse. Fionn has helped to develop customer service and marketing strategies in the United Kingdom with British Airways, the Industrial Institute of Great Britain, and Guardian Business Services.
