The world has been working on how to establish peace in Afghanistan for years now, and now the government is ready to move forward on a new project hoping to lure Taliban foot solders to the other side and become civilians once again with economic incentives. This is a great show of the separation between the current Afghanistan government and the Taliban. They are also hoping to be able to force some if not all of the top Taliban to integrate or to become less powerful over all. This is just one more step toward making the world safe for the people who are living in Afghanistan.  More will be announced later this month.
